Tips for cooling for hot days


  • On hot days drink more water. If you don't drink enough water, your
    organism become dehydrated.

  • Eat fruit and vegetables. Don't eat heavy food.

  • Drink lemonade.

  • Reduce alcoholic drink and coffee. Alcohol and caffeine is not good on hot
    days.

  • Avoid stressful situations.

  • Install some screen saver and wallpaper on your computer showing pictures
    of rain, snow and winter landscape.

  • Wear easy cotton clothing. Don't wear dark clothing.

  • Don't work hard on hot days, reduce your energy.

  • Go to shower several times a day.

  • Put  a wet washcloth on your forehead.

  • Put plastic bottles filled with water in your refrigerator to make ice.
    Place them in front of a cooling fan.

  • Keep your hair short during the summer.

  • Use a spray bottle filled with water to cool your head and neck.

  • If you don't want to install air-conditioner, consider buying room
    air-conditioner, it don't need to be installed outside and you can move it
    from room to room easily.
